Just sit, relax and go with the flow. Use your core wisely and effectively without thinking too much about it.
But how and why? We will explain how to get a relaxed yet effective seat!
Riders are often advised to activate their core a bit more for stability
and strength. The never ending search for stability can easily turn into a
block for progress as many riders end up riding with a quite high muscle tone.
Recognizing and removing these blocks helps improving the communication with
seat and rideability of the horse significantly.
Optimal use of core is often more about optimizing the
technique, muscle tone and force transmission than the strength itself. In this
inspiring webinar we will walk you through how you can improve your own seat by
finding and using the strength you already have in a more relaxed, efficient
and precise way. We will also test some exercises that you can use to
improve your own or your customers seat while riding.
